Overview
ExamPack offers subscription plans that provide immediate access to AI-generated study content. Because the full value of the service is delivered at the moment of purchase, all sales are final by default. Please read this policy carefully before upgrading.
No-refund default
All plan purchases — 1 Month (₹199), 3 Months (₹499), and 1 Year (₹1,999) — are non-refundable once the payment is processed, as AI generation and dashboard access are provided immediately.
Exceptions
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged more than once for the same plan (duplicate charge).
- Your payment succeeded but your plan was not activated within 24 hours.
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the service entirely.

Plan expiry — not a refund basis
Paid plans expire after their stated duration (30, 90, or 365 days). Unused days are not refundable. ExamPacks you created during an active plan remain accessible after expiry — you will not lose your content.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
